With over a decade of experience in the banking sector, Inam Qureshi has held senior roles in real estate secured lending at leading financial institutions including BMO Bank of Montreal, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and TD Canada Trust. Throughout his career, he has successfully funded over $1 billion in mortgage loans, with a strong focus on commercial lending and strategic growth. At TD Canada Trust, he played a pivotal role in expanding Business Banking market share and building key relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Clients and syndicate lenders.

Inam is licensed by the British Columbia Financial Services Authority and holds the Mortgage Broker Institute (MBI) designation from the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association. He remains committed to professional development, regularly completing advanced lending and banking courses.

In 2015, Inam founded Syndicate Lending Corporation with a vision to deliver client-first, comprehensive lending solutions. Under his leadership, the firm funded over $25 million in its first year and has continued to grow rapidly. Named a “Young Gun” by CMP Magazine, Inam is a strong advocate for community engagement and remains the driving force behind Syndicate Lending’s continued innovation and success.
