Inam Qureshi is a seasoned Canadian entrepreneur and financial strategist with over 18 years of experience in real estate lending, structured finance, and capital markets. As the Founder and CEO of Syndicate Lending Corporation (SLC)—a nationally licensed mortgage brokerage based in Vancouver, BC—Inam has built one of Canada’s most awarded boutique brokerages, known for delivering tailored, high-performance mortgage solutions across residential, commercial, and multifamily lending sectors.

A recognized leader in the Vancouver mortgage broker community, Inam has personally underwritten and originated billions in funded transactions. His expertise spans CMHC-insured housing, construction loans, private mortgage lending, syndicated debt, and complex capital stack structuring. Through his work as a correspondent for the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC)—notably within the Rental Construction Financing Initiative (RCFI)—he’s helped bring large-scale housing projects to life across Canada.

Inam is also a committed global business leader and active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He is the Founder and Chair of the YPO MENA Gulf Chapter, serves on its board, and is an engaged member of the YPO TransCanada Chapter—fostering regional collaboration and leadership development.
